Here's how to find this song, and all soundtrack one-off's like it:
Find a copy of the promotional single (45 RPM).
Every movie theme song -- without exception -- carries with it the hope that it will be a hit single, whether or not a soundtrack album is released. These singles always existed at least as promo copies so radio stations could play them, typically with one side mono and the other stereo. If they caught on, a commercial version for record stores was pressed, but most weren't.
Expect to pay about $25 for hard-to-find titles like this one.
And you may be disappointed still, as the single version may not be the one in the movie.
In most cases, it will be a longer edit.
