Towards the end of the film after they try to arrest Myers and something happens to Bean. Don't want to ruin it, but I couldn't quite make out what Caan and Arkin say to each other, not because I can't understand Spanish but I just couldn't get the audio right.

If you mean what is said as Freebie is riding in the back of the ambulance with the "dead" Bean (he got the paramedics to tell Freebie he died), Bean very quietly mutters, "Taco. I want a taco." Making fun of his background the way Freebie has throughout the flim.
Freebie reacts with a stunned, "Wha'? What did you say?"
Bean: "I said I gotta have a taco. I'm dying for a taco."
Then various expletives are exchanged and the two launch into a wild fight that throws them right through the doors of the ambulance. It's been awhile since I saw this sick, fun flick, but I'm pretty sure the scene goes along much in that fashion.

i think morpheus is asking what they say when Bean is shot and falls against the flag pole outside the stadium. Bean speaks some spanish, Freebie replies. (the taco discussion comes later, in the ambulance)
no captions on the dvd version that i have... anyone? anyone? i only caught a couple nouns. will require someone with a better knowledge of español. or maybe just cranking the sound way up.
Bean: No siento nada..
Freebie: No te muevas, amigo.
Bean: You don't drive good...
Freebie: I'll kill 'em.
