Hello,

I'm suffering a small dilemma here, I am thinking of buying "The Peter Cushing Collection" which consists of "The Abominable Snowman", "Island Of Terror", "The Blood Beast Terror" and "Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell". Now I'm just wonderin, is the gore of the German uncut version of the film really much superior than the uk dvd?

Please tell me if the differences between the two versions are noticable and if it really is worth buying these movies separately.

I wouldn't buy the UK DVD,it's only missing a few details,but they are notable,the eyeball being popped in and the artery clamping with the teeth are both removed,and the throat slashing of the asylum head and death of the monster are both shortened. All this only amounts to 20 secs or so,but it bothered me so I bought the German DVD!
