Is this as funny as Dolemite or The Human Tornado?

I know Foxy Brown is much more popular than Dolemite is because of Jackie Brown, but is it so bad that it is funny, or is it a serious movie? I love the Dolemite movies and that kind of so unrealistically anti-white that it is hilarious cinema.
