While I haven't listened to it myself, there's a report of an audio interview with Lee Christian, producer at Code Red, where he says that Messiah of Evil is now being worked on for a future DVD release.
Good news, and I'm happy that it is Code Red.
As soon as I track down the interview, I'll post any more details.

shareGreat news! I hope they do a new transfer and an audio commentary with Huyck, Katz and Marianna Hill. If so, this would be one of the most eagerly awaited DVDs ever for me.
shareUnfortunately, the guys at Code Red have said that the announcement was premature. Messiah of Evil is not on their radar, and they're really bummed about it. Apparently, Code Red's plate is just too full.
I'm hoping that they'll give it another go at some point in the future. This is a film that desperately needs to be seen properly framed and restored.
