Just noticed another one - Gottinhimmel

I earlier pointed out that I missed the "we extend this Laurel and Hardy handshake" joke, for only, oh, 40 years.

I just heard a new one. When Mongo walks into the bar and rips the doors off, you can hear someone saying "Gottinhimmel". This is sort of a swear word in Yiddish, although completely polite, meaning "God in heaven."

Ya gotta listen closely, but I'll bet it's Mel.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

Well *beep* me!

I just took a minute to figure out the "laurel" joke there and at 39 I've missed it for nearly 30 years.

I had always heard Gottinhimmel all the same.

I got the Laurel & Hardy joke first off, but I didn't get 'Mongo! Santamaria!' until I first came to IMDb, about fifteen years ago; he was a . A few years ago, my mother finally explained the significance of 'yes' and 'no' painted on the back of Mongo's bull, too: school buses used to have 'yes' on the left rear and 'no' on the right rear, to remind drivers not to go around the bus on the right side, where the kids disembark.

- What are you gonna do, when the world catches on?
