I wondered why Delos was called 'Delos'

I thought "Delos" had to mean something, but did not know what. I looked on Wikipedia for an answer. I don't know Greek history or geography beyond "Hollywood's that way." Therefore I am glad I did look up Delos and think the reference works well.

I saw this movie many years ago, and am only posting here now because I just watched Futureworld on MGM and thought there might be an answer on the original movie's board. Perhaps the connection between the island and the theme park was referred to in this movie, but I don't recall.

Westworld was fun. Futureworld is okay, but not as good. I enjoyed Cowboys and Aliens more than either of the former, but I also like Daniel Craig as an actor.

The only "stupidity" is in your characterization of my post. There are no stupid questions. Pretended superiority is silly and does nothing towards furthering a genuine conversation.
