why is it never on tv?

they never show this movie on tv but they show the sequel (futureworld) every couple of months...why is that????

for some odd reason I like the sequel, caught it many times on the tv...why can't they show this one?

Just saw it and it stands the test of time. Really, Yul Brynner, in all his glorious intensity, makes the movie.

Maybe you don't get the channels that show it. 'Westworld' has aired various times in any given year. As the other posted stated it's on 9/22 on TCM, which is today.

The early bird might get the worm, but the 2nd mouse gets the cheese! 

it was finally on about a month ago stumbled upon it about a half hour in ...oh well I think someone is getting me the bluray for xmas!!

It's been on tv several times this year, I think Comet but possibly THIS.

I agree it's rarely, if ever, on TV.

But I did catch it this morning at 3 am CST.

I think it was on SyFy.

Still holds up, great flick.
