Why do I never see this movie playing on any channel?

I just recorded this a few days ago. TCM had it on a Saturday at 9:00pm.

I was in the mood to watch it so I just placed the keyword "funny girl" to record even though it wasn't showing in the guide.

The main reason why I hade a Genie box from DirecTv.

I love this movie. I cry every time.

I mean The Way We Were. Not Funny Girl.

Nutmom - if you get premium channels, it's available at no extra charge on what's called TMPOD "Vutopia". I watched it last night.

It's playing on the THIS channel tonight for the second time this week. Was curious about it because I've never seen it, it rarely plays on TV,period, but I've always lived the theme songs----one of Streisand's best songs ever, as far as I'm concerned. It's also the one film she's done that I've really never heard anything about, even though she and Robert Redford both star in it---go figure.
