i've read through all these threads and the only thing i've seen that was edited has something to do with a vampire...
having not watched the film yet, i'm assuming that's the only edit..
are there more? if so, what else?

That I know of...
An extra shot of the art dealer losing his hands. Immediately after the chopping and before the shot where he screams, there is an extra shot of him lifting up his bloody stumps.
Also, when the neat-freak is killed with the hammer, you see the hammer lodged in his head before he collapses. Plus a longer shot of the body parts in jars at the end of the segment, culminating with a jar labeled 'odds and ends'.
The vampire scene ommision is the most glaring, however.
