How did Sprout's severed head get from the floor of his bedroom, to sitting on a milk bottle?
I swear this superb film hasn't lost its gruesome edge with time.
Exactly...someone needs to add that to the list of "Goofs" for this movie.
I think the 'head' that was left with the body was a prosthetic one that they'd made (similar to the mask they made of another character) while they put the real one on that doorstep. Notice that the one that falls of the bed looks a lot cleaner than the 'real' one. Obviously they're both fake for the film but in-universe I think the characters are suppose to have created it.
