His name is Richard Lynch...blond hair,bad skin.He was also in a movie called Bad Dreams.Truly a creepy individual.

The best part of that chase in Lynch's reaction to his own driver near the beginning.
He has this look like: "I THINK i trust this guy, but i also think we are going to DIE!!"
