It seem to copy Bullitt's car chase scene...even the driver looked like the same guy in Bullitt
It never really dawned on my but you're right about the driver. That's funny!

That's cause it is the same driver, Bill Hickman, that McQueen went toe-to-toe with in Bullitt.

Uh-huh. Right, people. Wakey-wakey. You're on IMDB, check the creds. Bill Hickman did the driving for Bullit, French Connection, and 7 Ups, among stunts for a lot of other great films of the '60s & '70s.

i have to agree that the car chase scene is one of the best i have seen. cannot understand why it does not appear on the top ten car chase scenes of all time. on another point of the music did anyone hear the similarity of jaws with none other then roy scheider starring in both . after i wacthed 7ups i watched europa,europa and music very simialr to godfather.
