I don't know exactly which unit Serpico lived in, but that building was my first apt in NYC. I paid $1,000/ month in 2001. I found out that Serpico was filmed there right as I was moving out. Such a cool area to live in though, but that apt really needed a major renovation lol.

My apt was 4E and it's just rented for $2,170/ month back in October.
