The Third Man reference?

Was it just me or was there a coy reference to the famous first appearance of Harry Lime in The Third Man when Lancaster exits a truck and stands against the wall on a similar looking dark cobblestone street and someone looks down on him from a window? The scene isn't an exact copy, but it does look quite similar.

Yea, I noticed the same thing. Also, the shot of Vienna where they clearly show the ferris wheel as well as when Cross and the cellist sit down at the cafe and a woman in the back is playing the zither. Perhaps, I'm just looking too deeply, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought of this.
