Is Lady Cluck Scottish or Welsh?

Being American, all other English-speak accents essentially blend together for me (it's a curse!) In an attempt to combat this, I am trying to be more aware of the varied and beautiful accents of English-speaking people, which brings me to my point:

Does Lady Cluck speak with a Scottish or a Welsh accent? I could SWEAR it's Welsh, but again: American. Any help from someone who knows?

I always assumed her accent was Scottish, but...

Dunno either, but what I can tell you is that her voice actress, Carole Shelley, was born in London.

Supermodels...spoiled stupid little stick figures mit poofy lips who sink only about zemselves.

Then she would of been English putting on an accent, I thought she sounded kinda Scottish.

A fair attempt at a Scottish accent. I spotted it immediately when I first saw it.

Also, the phrase "what a bonny wee bunny" pretty much gives it away.

As a Londoner I can tell you that it is an 100% Scottish accent.

Er trust me its Scotch.
Im welsh and we dont say wee here when describing children.
She also says Och which is scottish.

Ps in the nut house and now jail?
Well least u dont have to shell peanuts no more hahahah

It's definitely "supposed" to be a Scottish accent, but as a Scot I can hear that it sounds totally fake.
