Imogene is my HERO!!!

Man did she rock her part!! All the main four characters were awesome. I love the fact that both Tatum and PJ were inexperienced actors, so their banter and conversation was much more natural. They acted like they were thrust together and made the most of it, as in real life.

I was not much of a fan of Ryan's acting, but this is his best I've seen from him. Just an outstanding film with outstanding performances.

I so agree. I never cared for Ryan but do think he did a great job in this one. Also PJ and Tatum had some really funny scenes.

Yeah she played the part of an ordinary black girl really good. She must have really had to try hard.

But she wasn't just an ordinary black girl. Her part was of a totally jaded poor black girl who was wise beyond her years, always trying to embarrass Trixie and get under her skin "I almost threw her out of a window in Little Rock"?? "Remember that time you were almost thrown in jail Miss Trixie?" Just hilarious and delivered with such deadpan.

I just watched this again yesterday and she was AMAZING!!! I was almost crying with laughter when she was on. She really needed to be used more in Hollywood, perhaps she was ahead of her time.

And Tutum should have won best actress and Imogene best supporting-- she was that good.
