Lately, Kino Video has not been too kind to some Blu-rays with regards to video and audio quality.
What exactly will be gained by a Blu-ray release of this film? Shoot me down but The Offence is heavily reliant on mood, dialogue and performances, suggesting little more than a compromised interpretation of the stage play. So much of it works because of a lack of visual clarity, I mean this is Sidney Lumet not Peter Greenaway!!.
I have a murky video transfer to DVD, that's all I need. Am I wrong (yet again)?
Full 1080p HD quality and lossless audio. It will have at least the same quality it had the cinema or yet, even better quality. That should be what people exactly want.
