That would be fantastic! If there's a classic film out there that deserves the Criterion treatment, it's Mean Streets.

The fact that the only Scorsese film with a Criterion is the Last Temptation of Christ is unforgivable.

Mean Streets, The King of Comedy, After Hours, and especially Who's That Knocking At My Door? would fit perfectly into the Criterion Collection. I don't know what it is, but these movies seem to have the stylistic feel and tone and quality of Criterion films.

Especially considering the fact that i downloaded a HDTV release which has better quality than the bluray release.
