DVD Question

I owned the 1 disc bare bones edition DVD of this movie years ago, and I now own both the American and UK release of the bluray, which I must say looks beautiful in comparison to the earlier DVD releases. But I'm disappointed in the lack of extras on the bluray releases, both versions feature an audio commentary with Scorsese, an old behind the scenes featurette called "back on the block" and the original theatrical trailer. I might be wrong here, but I'm sure I once heard that there was once a 2 disc DVD set, which leads me to believe there are a number of extras that haven't been carried over to the bluray format. Does anybody have this DVD set and can you tell me what is on the extra disc?

Also, does anybody have a copy of the script in PDF? I used to have a scanned copy with the title "Season Of The Witch" but I lost it when my old laptop died.
