This movie makes no sense

I do mean no sense. None of the incidents follow one another in any logical way. The film is a jumble of scenes shot in no particular order with no connection between them. What the characters do is arbitrary. Example: The Henry Gibson character (a shrink? maybe) can make no headway at all with the Sterling Hayden character when in his hospital, but later at a party in front of lots of people, he totally intimidates him with a slap to the face. Yes, sure, that tracks. It is nonsense. I can't imagine what people see in this film.

Oh, and he can only blackmail him if there is a big crowd standing around but not when thay are alone? I say again, it makes no sense and appeals only to the ignorant and unlettered, like the writer of the above.

I guess those of us who could figure out the plot just aren't as smart as you are.

We don't have to suffer, we're the best batch yet.
