Good review, I just couldn't really get into the film. I did think Cheryl Smith was good, and the last minute of the film with the closing theme by Dan Neufeld was excellent.

Thanks namaGemo! Yeah the film is definitely an oddity and I can see why someone might not enjoy the surreal fairytale like atmosphere, or weirdness of the movie. Like you said, Cheryl Smith does a good job and the closing theme is rather memorable. Thanks for checking out the review and sorry you didn't enjoy the film as much as me. Who knows, maybe it will grow on you.

I didn't delete it from my dvr, so I do plan on watching it again. It's just odd watching a film like this, realizing how young Cheryl was when she died, and how seemingly tragic her life became due to drug use and abuse.
Plus, while not a great film, some of these older films just draw me in because there is a certain quality to them.
This was played on TCM along with Count Yorga, which I didn't think I was going to like, but thought it was one of the best vampire movies I've ever seen.

Those screen caps must be from a widescreen DVD.
I saw it on TCM and it was Full Screen and washed out looking. Some night scenes were so dark, I had no idea what was going on.

It seemed like it had poor editing or they didn't shoot enough to give a person a sense of space as to where the character is.
