Same restaurant that Bullitt (Steve McQueen) meets up with an informant.

Enrico's was still there in North Beach as of around 1995. Not sure now.
La Palma (where Matthau and Dern have lunch in the kitchen, and watch them make tortillas) is also a real place which still exists on 24th st, near mission and potrero.

Just saw your post today. I was in Frisco a couple of weeks ago and yes Enrico's is still there in the North End and in the same location.
