Yes, it's a pretty small role (just a couple of lines and a couple of minutes of screentime), but it's a cute little cameo (and a great movie overall).

It's a small role, but as we rewatched the movie we were trying to figure out if she was really interested in Bad Ass' navy come-on, or if she was amused by this guy and was trying to find out how far he would go.

She doesn't seem at all impressed with him.

Perhaps at first she gives him a minute due to fascination with a serviceman or something, but she soon realizes what a wacko he is and tries to get away from him.
