It looks in parts like it is sped up film, even though the actors seem to be moving at a normal rate. Is this due to just increasing the shudder speed or is it some other camera trick. i know that what ever it was it produced a crazy dizzying feel, very nice.

its a commonly used technique, but in this flick it wasnt subtle at all.
I don't think subtle is in the area covered by Spaghetti westerns. Good job, I'm fed up with just boring go through the numbers films of today without any photographic/editing creativity.
