Never heared of this movie, but a friend told me about it. Sounds like a pretty decent movie.

If you have to ask questions like these, you might not like this movie. Forget about good/bad and all that nonsense. Watch it and figure it out for yourself.

Yes, I'd say it's a good movie. Any movie that I'm still thinking about a day or two after I've watched it, I'd say is worth watching. Parts of it make me angry. And I'm frustrated by the parts of it that I didn't understand. It evoked thought and emotion in me, and I believe that is the purpose of art. This movie is deep and artful.
