this is one of those good t.v movies never to be released on dvd, at least in uk. it is based on a really good book, giving it added depth. it is well cast and has some good performances. it is a mystery to me why certain films although made for t.v cannot be released, although i understand there may be copyright reasons.

There are so many damn good movies from the 70's that have never been released, like those Tuesday night ABC Movie's of the Week that I remember quite a few of them and would love to see again. SMH why?
