Slow pace?
I had watched part of this movie years ago but just recently watched it again. I am surprised at the amount of postings which assert that the movie was slowly paced. It took me right in and kept my attention all the way through. I thought that The Wickerman was much slower paced (mind you I'm not comparing the two, and I believe The Wickerman is a great classic) and I've yet to hear any complaints for it along those lines. This was a very good movie with a novel approach to the old "cursed family motif." I especially enjoyed the hand appearing just before someone's death.
