My overall opinion is that it's a great buy for any Classic Star Trek fan or fans of great saturday morning cartoons!
Exceptional transfer of the show. Paramount/CBS did a good job of cleaning up most of the dirt and debris and colors are bright and vivid. Curiously we see Uhura as part of the menu screens--and she's green! OTher than that excellent commentary tracks by David Gerrold and David Wise. Featurette on the series is also exceptional interviewing all who were involved (except the cast as they'd have to pay actor's guild residuals)for each unit sold. We also get a storyboard progression for "The Infinite Vulcan" and a couple of so-so featurettes as well.
shareI have the dvd set, and it was great. i hope that everyone else enjoyed it to. now there will proubly be a "remastared" animated series.
shareI have it and Love it, I had only seen a couple of The Animated on the internet and Most of the episodes are good but there are a couple of bad ones.
