Remake 22 Star Trek TAS episodes to increase ratings

remake Star Trek TAS 22 episode in 2D animation while adding Lt.commander Willard Decker(Willard Decker) in Star Trek The Motion Picture while keeping mind that all of the other characters including Willard Decker will all look like they did in Star Trek The Motion Picture might increase the ratings of this star trek tv series by aiming it toward adults.

This would have to be called Star Trek The New Animated Series to help jump a little extra ratings.

If the season 3 of Star Trek TAS was made Captain James T. Kirk would have to leave in the middle of the 3ard season to promoted to admiral and to become
Cheif of Starfleet Operations to respect Star Trek canon.

Lt. Commander William Decker is granted provisional Captain rank on Captain James T. Kirk leaves the Enteprise.

Lt. Commander Xon will join season 3 of Star Trek to replace the retired
Mr. Nimoy as Spock.

There never any characters on Star Trek TOS and TAS that hold the rank of commander.

Firing phasers and some more violence that is at the same level as Star Trek TOS and Star Trek Movies.

The main point is to remake all 22 episodes like Star Trek TOS or Star Trek Movies and make the remain 3 seasons of Star Trek TAS like Star Trek TOS or Star Trek Movies with the orginal captain James T. Kirk and his crew.

I usaully reject "remake" concepts out of hand, but... They could use the original audiotracks and remake the visuals with computer animation. In the wake of "The Clone Wars," it might sell.

Don't talk to trolls; it only encourages them

The orginal audiotracks are most likely all mixed together in the episodes.

The voice acting was not very good.

There was nothing good about Star Trek TAS so it is best and cheaper that they start from scratch by taping every episode over again.
