Babe Contestant

Anyone see the contestant named Laura Whipple!!!!
What a Babe! She was an aspiring model and looked better than any of the
young female panelists on the show. There were many cute female contestants.
I especially liked a tall, shapely blonde with glasses-anyone catch her name?
Yours, I'll Take Richard.

reply

Makes you wonder why Mr. Whipple was more concerned about the Charmin being squeezed...

reply

Gary? Not kidding...

reply

There was a pretty blonde in some of the "Match Game '73" episodes who wore wire rimmed glasses and yeah, her name was Gary. Oddly enough, she played against another woman named Stanley in a couple of episodes.

reply

I often wonder where some of these contestants are today...

reply

And what they look like today. All of those pretty young female contestants have to be at least in their sixties today or at the very least their late fifties if they were on during one of the later seasons.

I also like to speculate if they're even still alive or if they've succumbed to cancer or something. The ones who were older during those shows, say in their mid-fifties and up, are most assuredly gone now unless they are way in their nineties or even 100+, which is possible, just not likely.

reply

I wonder if any of them have caught their old episodes on GSN or Buzzr.

reply

Was she on the recent GSN episodes?

reply

Gary was on the BUZZR episodes today, she's beautiful.

reply

Yes,her name was Gary Walls-A Beautiful Girl with a Killer Figure.
She should have been a Model or Actress.

reply

Another Gorgeous Contestant was Helen Molnar. A lovely, middle aged Blonde
with a Beautiful Figure. She looked like a Hollywood Actress.
Whoever picked the Female Contestants did a Great Job !!!

reply

I also liked Sue Yanic- Not a Glamour Girl, but very cute with a sweet personality.
She wore a lot of Check Jackets.

reply

Laura was on MG in 1978
