Old interview with George Savalas

Not sure if I posted the link correctly, but I thought this interview with George Savalas was very telling. First of all, you can see George really does have the same familiar speech patterns as his brother, Telly. And indeed he sounds like him as well. Obviously he camouflaged this in the show probably to avoid sounding like his brother. After all, Stavros was not Kojak's brother in the show. Secondly, what eloquence, does George speak with. Such richness and profoundness, emanating character. Enjoy.

Seen this before and it's still great no matter how many times I see it. I love the taxi story and what he says about his dad.

He and Telly seemed really down to earth and like George said he was his brother not his keeper, why should it matter if George was driving taxi's anyway? Just because Telly was perhaps rich at that time doesn't mean George had to live off his wealth.

Thanks for the link anyway.
