It seems like every episode, someone is lying to Kojak.

Good example....The Chinatown Murders parts 1 & 2.
If I was Kojak, I'd be would wanting to break the next neck of the person that lied to me.....you'd think he'd be getting sick of it.

That is true with almost every Detective series. Even the Wolf series.
