Remember this as being very, very violent for Prime Time?

Good show but they left little violence up to the imagination for the 1970s anyway.

For the time yeah. I find the newer shows go overboard. If there's a dead body with the guy's guts hanging out, they show it. I believe this show still holds up today as being gritty. just in a different way.
