Confused by Joanne's brooch

How come Joanne - Joan Collins - was wearing the brooch in the crypt when the crypt keeper was showing the five people predictions of what may become of them. The brooch was an Xmas gift from her husband - as shown in the prediction - so she couldn't have already had it, could she? It doesn't make sense.

Did you watch to the end? The final "twist" (which I won't spoil here, even though most viewers will see it coming from a mile off) makes sense of it.
