Watched it 32 years ago when i was 9..
It gave me full on nightmares back then.
It's still a little uneasy to watch now..
Same here. One thing I've never noticed because of that (too scared) was during the funeral scene it seems they give ol Grismsdyke a decent burial but when he rises from his grave it looks like a pauper's cemetery . Still love it.

shareI feel so sorry for him. He was a genuinely good person who was treated in such a disgusting way for no reason at all. I think it's hard to watch not because it's scary, but because of the foul treatment a good, kind person received. I was close to tears watching that look on his face as he read the cards. A brilliant performance from Peter Cushing.
