Not sure, but is that james earl jones' voice saying "No dogs allowed", every time poor snoopy gets kicked out of various places? Really sounds like him pre-darth vader....

Yes, just because the man is a bass, he HAS to be James Earl Jones. I'm sorry, but he doesn't really sound anything like JEJ.

The singer is Thurl Ravenscroft, best known as the voice of Tony the Tiger from the Frosted Flakes commercials & for singing "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" from the "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" Christmas special.

Yes it was Thurl Ravenscroft, a voice legend who passed away a few years ago. He also did a lot of Disney stuff on songs and rides like "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Haunted Mansion"...

Thurl Ravenscroft, he also sang for Dr. Seuss specials, beginning with "You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch.".
