The little psycho girl who captured Snoopy and Woodstock has the voice like Peppermint Patty and has slight features of Marcie.

Clara was scary!!
Supermodels...spoiled stupid little stick figures mit poofy lips who sink only about zemselves.
She does look like a psycho version of Marcie with contact lenses!
sharePeppermint Patty was a genius compared to Clara.
shareMarcie was only a recurring character in the newspaper comics at the time and still hadn't been introduced for the screen. She wouldn't officially be introduced to the screen until the year after this film was made.
I always thought that Marcie didn't exist before Clara, and that Clara was an inspiration for Marcie.
