the kid looks like bronson!

Am i really the first one to mention this on the board? as i was watching the movie, i swear i thought the kid was related to Bronson, and it didn't exactly seem like the moviemakers (with the camera shots and stuff) tried to hide it either.

she picks me up,
i was down, so low so low,
didn't know what to do, or where to go,
like at the right place at the right time,
she comes around, she she pick me up,
when i was unsure,
wondering what i'm here for, all the old bad emotions stir,
i thought i was through, when it all fell down,
in a seconds time, she make things alright again,
she pick me up.

Which scene are you refering to? I think it must be either the scene at the Marine Land Aquarium where Arthur Bishop passes out during an anxiety attack or in the following scene in the hospital when he is being checked out by the attending physician in the ER.

Let me know. I have the DVD and can check it out for curiosity's sake.

that was quick, were you just waiting for someone to post on this board? :) well look, it's been a while since i saw the movie, and i don't think i found that it was one specific scene, i just meant it had the feeling through the entire movie by the camera shots and stuff. the kid had the exact same hairstyle and stuff too, right? but maybe all humans looked like bronson in pre-70's.
speaking of bronson, i don't know if you've come across this, but i just saw "The Great Escape" a couple of days ago, and it was one of the most amazing movies i've seen in a long time.

winter without snow,
up north,
places i once used to play,
mud is laying today,
snow used of being dragged within door,
it ain't there no more,
people walking with t-shirts in town,
if it wasn't for bare trees, it would look like july,
doc, i saw carrots and pebbles on the gras,
all what's left of snowman once standing there,
looking out a window saying,
look mom, it's raining,
the red guy's sledge don't travel well by mud,
atleast i don't think so, but maybe you're in luck,
doc, what happened to it all,
up north, winter without snow.

Hey that was funny....I just randomly checked "The Mechanic" board and saw your post had been there for like a minute or so. LOL

I still have to check out those scenes but you're probably right. Plus the stlye at the time with the full hair and funky clothes.

And yes, "The Great Escape" is excellent although its been some time since I've seen it>
