Is Return to Boggy Creek (1977) a sequel to this film?

does 'Creature from Black Lake' (1976) connect to this stories too?

they all seem to be Bigfoot related and take place in Swamps.

Hi, sorry this is so late, I hope you see it.
The sequel, IMO, pales in comparison to the original, which for some reason has a real creepy quality to it that this one misses.
The best way to enjoy RTBG is to find the Mystery Science Theatre 3000 version; it is totally hilarious.

Actually, the MST3K version is of Boggy Creek II: And the Legend Continues, which was technically the third movie in the series. I guess they (rightly) thought that no one would notice if they made two twos.

Return to Boggy Creek is supposed to be a sequel, but they obviously blew the budget getting Mary-Ann from Gilligan's Island to star in it. The rest of the production is *beep* (Check out the lame-o man in the shaggy suit splashing water around).

Still, I could look at Dawn Wells for an hour and a half and be happy. Like to go flyfishing with her sometime.
