at least it's at 3.1 now.

Perhaps the only thing the kids need to change their vote would be a decent widescreen print on dvd. Same goes for Town That Dreaded Sundown.

I love "Legend of Boggy Creek," but it does have some weak elements (the songs...) and is very of its time, so I am not surprised that a lot of viewers wouldn't care for it. I am surprised the user rating is THAT low, though.

It's March 2014 and it's at 4.6! Even better than you had predicted. It is a 10/10 in my book and I don't care what anyone else may say about it. Not many other films are able to capture such an atmosphere and the feeling of a time and place that makes you feel like you were actually there.

Yeah; it's ridiculous. How can the "Blair Witch Blunder" have a user rating of 6.3, while LBC has only a 2.8? And LBC is obviously the superior film!
