'Tongue washer'?

In the scene where Chen was calling out to the traitorous Chinese interpreter who worked for the Japanese, it sounded like he was saying "Tongue washer, come out! Tongue washer, come out!" Was that correct, or did I hear it wrong?

Chen is actually saying "Feng Kwai-sher" the name of the cook who helped murder his teacher."Feng Kwai-sher-come out!"

This is why you have to watch the subtitled Cantonese version. But the topic name and implication is hysterical!!
