When was it ever called The Iron Hand?

wikipedia say it was called The Iron Hand in the US. Has anyone ever seen it under this title?

It was intended at one point as the title but got changed.

The US called most of Bruce Lee's movies by stupid names. I wouldn't be surprised by this nonsense.
