Opening sequence....truly an amazing opening...

I have seen HPD many, many times over the years and while watching it the other night, for the first time, I really paid attention to the opening sequence. This included from the movie company's logo to when Eastwood rides into town.

One thing I noticed this time is that from the opening to when Eastwood arrives in town, as the movie progresses, the music goes from creepier to more optimistic and the form of Eastwood goes from ghostly to human.

I guess what I'm trying to point out is the opening slowly changes from spooky to normal the closer Eastwood gets to town and at the same time, his form goes from mysterious to decipherable as a person.
