I just want to say off the bat, those two women were raped. Though they seemed to enjoy it after, they were indeed raped. However, I think that because Clint has done/been in many revisionist Westerns, he included the rape scenes (as well as lots of violent scenes) to highlight his opposition of rape and violence and to some extent showcase that sometimes the things portrayed in the movie were things that happened in real life in The West.

Callie was raped, but Sarah is ambiguous and open to interpretation. We only see the stranger drag her away to his room and then the aftermath. They definitely had sex, but sex doesn't prove it was a rape.
