DVD- CENSORED!
I just rented this DVD thru Netflix. For one reason, I've always loved this movie since I first saw it in the theater years ago. For another, I loved Eddie Albert in this role, and since he just died, I wanted to honor him with enjoying his performance once again. He IS great, and so's the movie. Unfortunately, I was sorry to see that this is the censored version, the "TV" version. I'm thinking of the 'lodge' scene, where Cybill Shepherd's charms are blacked out. Also , the accompanying line of dialog - "You're touching me (giggle)" is cut. Now it's not that big a deal, but I don't like geting a censored version on DVD. It always makes me wonder what else they've cut out. I hope you agree.
