idk, maybe its just where i live or something, but drugs are defentaly not free.
It was the 60s and things were a little different then as far as drugs go. It was much easier to get/buy drugs, especially LSD.
The book was also a real person's diary.

I've heard by many that drugs were easier to get back then. In my youth, they could still be fairly easy. I never had to pay for my drugs. It helps most if you're a girl. They WANT the girls to be out of it.
