Director's Cut?

My Curiousity is sparked since next to the PG rating there is the word "cut" there. Has there or will there ever be an uncut version to be released?

Don't worry, the movie isn't really cut. The site is refering to Peckinpah's own editing. If you see the film then you'll know what I mean. The film is plenty violent. So, to answer your question, there is no director's cut DVD or "uncut" version because the footage Peckinpah removed was trashed after he removed it and that footage consisted of about 30 seconds over the course of the film that he thought caused it to drag.
