mrs. parks and her drinking added a nice touch of comedy. the morning after the gargoyles attack diana & her father in the motel room, mrs. parks goes to the sheriff's office -- and immediately opens his desk drawer, pulls out a whiskey bottle, and pours herself a drink while she's telling about the attack. it's quite funny, especially since he doesn't even react that she knows where it is.

Being a Dark Shadows fan I loved that Grayson Hall was in this movie and found her scenes to be some of the best moments of the film. I wish she could've had more screentime, but other than that the film is great.
shareGrayson Hall has quite a lot of screen time in the 1971 movie 'Night of Dark Shadows which I also watched recently. But nothing to beat hers Mrs Parks character in this.
