Saw This For The First Time Today

I'm 41. A native Texan. And, a fan of westerns. I wasn't "raised" on them but, I thoroughly enjoy them.

I had never seen "The Cowboys" until tonight. Flipping through the channels I saw it would be airing on TCM--figured I'd give it a shot.

Man, am I glad I did. Great movie. Fantastic movie.

This is the kind of movie I love sharing with younger armchair movie buffs. These are the kind of gems I would hate to see lost. Just wanted to share this.

I saw this today for the first time and I agree it was a very enjoyable movie. I absolutely enjoyed the scenery throughout the movie. Well acted by Wayne and Lee Brown. Funny how I recently have started to watch all the old westerns. Makes me wonder how things were back in the day.
